I promised a tutorial on how to use this punch to get all the petals aligned for punching out with.
First, punch out an aperture template from a scrap piece of card stock.
This method is for clear mount stamps. Next, take the corresponding petal images and carefully align them with the apertures on your template with the rubber side facing down. Place your clear block (I used Stampin' Up!'s clear block E) and firmly press and hold for approx 90 seconds till the images adhere to your block.
For wood block mounted stamp it is still possible but you'll need to stamp your images individually with the aid of a stamp-amajig (SMJ), align each image over your template with the corresponding image on your SMJ until all images have been stamped before punching.
Now you are ready to ink and stamp the images onto your card stock, I stamped mine on vellum card stock.
After stamping your images, turn the Blossom Petal punch upside down, insert your stamped images into punch, align and punch out your images.
There you have it - you're done. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. Thanks for stopping by.
